Right of Withdrawal and Satisfaction Guarantee 4.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital content under EU and Danish consumer protection laws. However, when you purchase access to our platform or courses and accept these terms, you give your express consent for us to deliver the digital content immediately after purchase. You simultaneously acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal thereby lapses in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, subsection 2, no. 13. 4.2 Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Although the statutory right of withdrawal lapses upon immediate delivery, we offer a voluntary 7-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a 100% full refund without deductions. 4.3 How to Use the Satisfaction Guarantee To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee: 1.
